We had a prompt response even though it was such short notice and great communication following. We stayed at Dragonwood, a boathouse by the lake. It was a wonderful place and we had a lovely time.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, we booked the Redes in Ponsanooth for the first part of our honeymoon and absolutely loved our stay. Rachel and Bjorn would so welcoming and had thought of every little detail. We had the most luxurious, romantic and relaxing stay. Correspondence with Unique Home Stays has been great throughout too.

Easy process
We were right in love with the little house as it is so authentic and stylish... We are sure that through uniquehomestays you can really rent the most beautiful accommodations in England. The service is also great and accommodating. The only point is, that the propertys are a bit expensive BUT the money is definitely worth it.
We loved Atlanta -our second stay- as we have all Unique Homestay’s properties. This was wild weather Cornwall walking at its best and cosy cliff top views and comfort in the evening. The deposit payment is non-refundable, however we do all we can to resell the dates in order that we can redeem the balance and return this to you as soon as possible. Sadly we had to cancel our stay at one of unique homestays amazing properties. It was going to celebrate a 50th birthday and with some of us traveling from abroad this was not possible this year. The team at unique homestays have been brilliant and have processed a refund without any fuss and undertanding. While it is gutting that we can't go now, we will certainly rebook when travel is allowed again. The folk at Unique Homestays were brilliant - fast, very helpful, thorough, honest, understanding, professional and friendly... The property, The Wilds, was simply amazing.

I returned recently from a holiday at Stargazer, Modbury with my mother, my three children, my friend and her two children. The holiday was far below the standards I have come to expect from Unique Home Stays to the extent that not only was it not luxury, it did not even achieve basic levels of cleanliness. You are without doubt one of the best UK based holiday firms and the quality of your properties shows this.

Overall, the castle is well maintained, as are the grounds. The house manager is very helpful and explained everything well. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend Unique Homestays and Castle Trinity to all!

Wonderfully remote beach stays
Thanks a lot for this unforgettable stay in your fantastic home. Just from the first moment we knew that it would be a marvellous stay in Cornwall for the next 2 weeks. Your house was magic in every matter, the welcome basket, the very tasteful furnishing, the well equipped kitchen and the extremely impressive view to the beach. But most all, the very kind and warm support of Christina and Jonny will never be beaten. As a result, I've paid £550 a night for a property, when Airbnb and other booking sites have nearby properties for £550 a week. I expected the property to be absolutely Top Notch for that price - given it is a tiny one bedroom in Cornwall - but it is not.
